The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from major attractions like Te Papa and the waterfront, which made our exploration enjoyable.

Breakfast could be improved with more variety. the only fruit option was apples and the cereal selection was rather limited.

what a distressing experience. despite the so-called fantastic design, I barely got any sleep due to the constant dripping noise that felt like torture. breakfast was simple, bordering on boring. after this, I definitely expected a complimentary upgrade or, at the very least, a proper apology, but alas, nothing. I just couldn’t recommend this hotel!

Had a delightful stay in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite! The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, complete with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of cereals and breads, along with a great coffee machine in the lobby that was perfect for anytime snacking. Plus, the location near Te Papa and the waterfront made exploring an absolute breeze!

Had an awesome time! My room was a King Accessible Studio with a full kitchen, washing machine, and a nice dining area. Super comfy with air conditioning and a cozy vibe. The fitness center was a great bonus too! Love that it’s close to Te Papa.
